DMG reserves the right to
modify, cancel or substitute this policy at any
time. |

Comparison quote from competitor must
be comparable on all principal items (i.e., stone type,
edge profile, square footage, sink type, etc.) |
|
DMG reserves the right to deny a
request to beat a competitor's price if DMG deems the
competitor's pricing is unreasonable or adequate
comparison information has not been provided or DMG may
provide an alternative discount %. |
|
Competitor's quote with all necessary
information and request to beat the competitor's pricing
must be submitted within 5-days of Quote issue date, and
order must be purchased prior to Quote expiration. |
|
Competitor is defined as a reputable
fabricator whose primary business is the fabrication and
installation of marble & granite. |
|
Request to beat the alternative pricing
must be submitted and approved prior to purchase of
order from DMG. |
|
Order size must be 40-feet or more of
natural stone slab work. Cambria and tile purchases are
not included. |
|
Our local market is defined as all
locations within Delaware and job sites within 50-miles
of our fabrication location in New Castle, DE. |
|
DMG's Customer Acknowledgement and Cost
Confirmation forms and their terms apply on all
orders. |
